Responsibilities & Context

• Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, issuing and recording materials properly.
• Develop and implement time and action plans for all orders, regularly monitoring and following up to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Prepare comparative statement (CS) to identify the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Ensure goods are purchased at comparative prices after verifying market conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the logistics team to guarantee the timely delivery of goods to the factory.
• Work closely with stores to confirm timely receipt of the goods.
• Oversee the full procurement process from receiving purchase requests (PR) to issuing purchase orders (PO).
• Monitor inventory level and calculate materials.
• Handle any additional procurement-related tasks assigned by management.
