Job Responsibilities
Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence at designated region.
Preparing sales budgets and projection based on channel specific (Retail/brand, wholesale, institute/hospital) & SKU wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
Lead nationwide sales team members of different sales channel (retail/brand, wholesale, institute/ hospital) to achieve sales targets/ budget and Develop & implement effective sales strategies from assigned region.
Build high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship , coaching and training and providing strong guidance.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to respond accordingly to achieve sales target from designated region.
Coordinating with internal & external stakeholder and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and service to the region.
Ensure full market coverage in designated region and ensure customer relationship with all listed KOLs at the designated region.
Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
